Capitol Hill 6th Annual
Hope for the Homeless
Golf Tournament

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2008

Our 5th annual golf tournament was an unprecedented success! We raised over $25,000 that went directly to help shelter homeless families and provide emergency assistance to those living on the margins of our community. We have already started planning for 2008 and we hope you will join us!

CHGM will tee off this year's tournament with registration starting at 11:00 a.m., then all of our golfers are invited to enjoy lunch before our shot gun start.  The tournament is played in a scramble format, so plan on a wonderful day of golf.    

Here are some of the reasons you will want to be part of this great event: 

  • To ensure that we have plenty of time on the course to play at our own pace, the tournament is limited to 100 golfers
     
  • We are returning to our 2007 golf course - Glenn Dale Golf Club. We are planning for a great day of golf and fun!
     
  • Contest, prizes for golfers and teams
     
  • Outstanding raffle of door prizes and gift bags
     
  • The opportunity to give to those most in need in the Capitol Hill community
